Effective January 1st 2009, Portables Unlimited Inc. & CNCG have formed a Joint Venture named Portables Unlimited LLC. This new company will be headquartered in the existing Nanuet, NY location with satellite offices in Queens, NY, Southern California and Chicago.
The Joint Venture will make Portables Unlimited LLC. T-Mobiles largest Master Distributor in the USA with over 105 company owned locations operating under the name of Wireless Champs, The CellPhone Store, Mobile World or CNCG. The new venture will also have over 800 sub-dealer locations and be able to offer service in a majority of T-Mobile Service Areas.
Portables Unlimited LLCs management will remain unchanged in order to better service our customers and prepare for further expansion in 2009/2010.

Portables Unlimited Inc. received one of only four awards given at the 2008 T-Mobile National Accounts Event held at the Venetian Hotel And Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Portables received the award for the largest National Wholesaler for T-Mobile USA. The event was attended by T-Mobile Upper Management, Manufacturers and the top Retailers And Wholesalers in the USA.

In October and November 2004, Portables Unlimited Inc. acquired the T-Mobile
dealer base of American Connections LLC and Mobileistic Inc. This acquisitions
represent the largest combination of Master Dealers for T-Mobile in the
Northeast bringing Portables Unlimited Inc.’s dealer base to over 800
sub-dealers. Portables Unlimited Inc. services sub-dealers in New York Metro,
New Jersey, Connecticut, Washington, DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia and
Upstate NY (Buffalo, Syracuse, Albany and Rochester). Portables Unlimited Inc.
was proud to have been entrusted by ACL and Mobileistic management with the
servicing of their T-Mobile dealer base. Over the past several years both
ACL & Mobileistic have shown tremendous growth and service for T-Mobile and
the acquisition allows them to focus further on their retail growth strategy.
Even on this present day, we have maintained the relationships and have taken
extra care of these dealers and everybody involved in the merger.

Portables Unlimited Inc. expands into the New England Market
Effective September 1, 2007, Portables Unlimited Inc. will now be servicing the New England Market including Boston, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Vermont. With the assumption of Express Wireless LLC’s existing dealer base and two T-Mobile ’exclusive’ retail locations, Portables Unlimited Inc. will now be able to offer our current 500+ sub-dealer base access to the New England marketplace.
With the acquisition of Express Wireless LLC., Portables Unlimited Inc. solidifies our position as T-Mobile’s largest Postpay Master Dealer in the Northeast, USA. Our sub-dealers now have access to customers in New England, Connecticut, New York State, New York Metro, New Jersey, Washington, DC, Northern & Southern Virginia.
